Dr. Sarah Lohnes Watulak is the Director for Digital Pedagogy and Media in the Office of Digital Learning and Inquiry (DLINQ) at Middlebury, where she gets to work with awesome colleagues to create digital learning opportunities and environments that support learner agency and equity. Sarah also heads up DLINQ’s newly-formed Inclusive Design Studio, which seeks to be in community with students, faculty, staff, and anyone interested in working together to understand and work toward addressing the needs of people who are marginalized by design in its many forms. Before coming to Middlebury, Sarah was an Associate Professor of Instructional Technology at Towson University, where she taught in person, hybrid, and fully online courses in instructional technology and qualitative research methods.
